Autodeposit
 

One of the easiest ways to protect yourself from e-Transfer fraud is by turning on Autodeposit.

Autodeposit sends money directly into your account automatically — no security questions, no extra steps, and fewer opportunities for fraud.

Below are simple, step-by-step instructions for both Online Banking and the Beaubear Credit Union Mobile App.

 

 

🖥️ How to Set Up Autodeposit in Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking.

  2. From the left-hand menu, select “Transfers.”

  3. Click “Autodeposit.”

  4. On the registration page, enter the email address you want to use and choose the account where you want your e-Transfers deposited.

  5. Check the confirmation boxes to acknowledge the disclaimers.

  6. Click “Register.”

  7. Check your email for a message from Interac. Click the link inside to complete your registration.

     

Once confirmed, any e-Transfer sent to that email address will be automatically and securely deposited into the account you selected.

 


 

📱 How to Set Up Autodeposit in the Mobile App

  1. Log in to the Beaubear Credit Union mobile app.

  2. On the home screen, tap the “INTERAC e-Transfers” icon.

  3. On the Send Money screen, select “Settings.”

  4. Under the INTERAC e-Transfer menu, tap “Autodeposit.”

  5. Tap “Add Email.”

  6. Enter the email address you want to use for Autodeposit.

  7. Choose the account you want money automatically deposited into.

  8. Check both acknowledgement boxes.

  9. Tap “Update.”

  10. Check your email for a confirmation message from Interac and click the link to complete your registration.

 

Once confirmed, transfers sent to that email will go directly into your chosen account — safely and automatically.
