New Account Pakages and Service Charge Fees

Effective January 1, 2016, our fees and account packages will be changing.   It has been over ten years since we last updated our fees and over twenty years since we modernized the account packages offered.  Over the years the activity fee costs have increased dramatically and at the same time our account packages have become outdated.  

As a valued member you have until March 31, 2016 to let us know your decision.  If you wish, you can choose and activate your new package today!  Please review the features and benefits of each package then simply call or drop into one of our branches and we’ll set up your new account package.

What if you don’t choose a new package before March 31, 2016? No need to worry; we’ll automaticclly move your current package(s) to one that best fits your needs based on recent transactions performed on your account(s).

Additionally, in an effort to continue to be environmentally responsible, effective January 1, 2016, we will no longer be automatically issuing or mailing paper statements which means the December 2015 statements will be the last mailed statements.  Your accounts will be automatically switched to E-statements if we have not heard from you by December 31, 2015.  If you require a paper statement, one can be provided at an additional fee of $3.00 per month.  You can let us know by contacting us at 622-4532 ext 9331 or email

Cheque imaging has replaced paper cheques and allows you to conveniently view your cleared cheques online.  E-Statements and cheque images are available through our MemberDirect® online banking service, and can be viewed and printed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  E-Statements and cheque images will be stored online for 7 years.
